Viliame Cokanauto

KKU is the stage name for Viliame Cokanauto, a multi–award winning Fijian singer-songwriter based in the Fiji Islands. He has performed on major stages in Fiji and in 2019 had success with two international tours to Australia and New Zealand. KKU has earned nominations in the FPRA Music Awards (Fiji) in 2014, 2016 and 2019; and the 2018 hit single 'Raijieli' was the subject of a viral social media challenge called the #RaijieliChallenge with the official music video gaining 170,000 views on his YouTube channel. KKU’s passion for developing local artists has led him to create a platform called Kava Music, where he gives local sigidrigi bands exposure, marketing advice and guidance in their musical career.
