Ecca Vandal

South African born with Tamil-Sri Lankan heritage, Ecca’s colourful background is well represented in her music, lyrics and staunch refusal to be pigeonholed most notably showcased on her critically acclaimed self-titled debut album. Ecca has continually proven her versatility both inside and outside the studio, with a history of touring as a supporting act for Queens of the Stone Age, Gang of Youths, Incubus as well as The Prodigy and Young Fathers. International festivals include Download, Reading and Leads Fest, Afropunk, The Great Escape and Reeperbahn. Currently, Ecca is deep in studio mode and prepping her next release.
