Novateur founder, Dyana Kass has had an extensive career in marketing, artist development, and creative strategy while at labels Interscope, DreamWorks, Hollywood and Relativity. Working across diverse talent she helped to craft campaigns for Lady Gaga, U2, M.I.A., Wolfmother, Pharrell, Carly Rae Jepsen, Robyn, Gwen Stefani and more. Dyana started Novateur to bring a fresh voice to management and artist development. Home to a diverse roster including Saro, SUR, Joel Taylor, MACKandgold and producer/songwriter Zack Arnett, Dyana believes every project has a unique language and she strives to nurture talent collaboratively in a hands-on environment to build lasting careers.
