Zoey Roy is a Nehiyaw/Dené Métis poet, performing artist, filmmaker, creative consultant and author based out of Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Most recently, Zoey has performed at #CANADAPERFORMS early in 'lockdown' and is featuring at the Toronto International Festival of Authors. When she is not performing, she creates poetry, music, and films with children and youth. Zoey is inspired by the imagination of children so she feels committed to learn from them. She is passionate about making things happen, playing pretend and telling stories. Zoey is currently working on her debut album, Zoetry, under her stage name, Pricelys.
