This has been one hell of a year. So this workshop will explore a few steps to getting through it – first up, we survive: understanding our fight/flight/freeze modes, acknowledging grief and loss and how to self-soothe. Second, we can thrive: harnessing motivation, how we might grow and improve, and how we can take steps towards the life/identity we want. You’ll learn tips to reflecting on the year that has been, and how it might offer some unique perspectives about yourself and the stuff that’s important (and irrelevant). Finally, you’ll learn about the four main pillars of resilience and how you can build them.
